1. Introduction
LUGBML is based on vonkarman's vortex principle and uses piezoelectric crystals as the test element. It is a new type of stress detection vortex flowmeter. It has the advantages of large turndown ratio, high accuracy, small pressure loss, good medium versatility, pulse output proportional to flow rate, and convenient connection with computer. Because the sensor's detection probe and eddy current generator are installed separately, the high temperature resistant piezoelectric crystal is not The contacting instrument has simple structure, good versatility and high stability. LUGBML series vortex flowmeter sensors can be used to detect and measure the flow of various gases, liquids and steam. It can be used with our company's ML6000 series vortex flowmeter. It can also cooperate with a computer and temperature, pressure, and density sensors to form a high-precision mass flow or heat flow detection system.
2. Working Principle
Vortex Flowmeter is a volume Flowmeter which is produced according to Carmen vortex principle to measure the volume flow rate of gas, steam or liquid, the volume flow rate of standard condition or the mass flow rate. Mainly used in industrial pipeline medium fluid flow measurement, such as gas, liquid, steam and other media.
It is characterized by small pressure loss, large range and high precision, and is almost unaffected by fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity and other parameters when measuring volume flow under working conditions. No moving mechanical parts, so high reliability, small maintenance. Instrument parameters can be stable for a long time. Vortex Flowmeter adopts piezoelectric stress sensor with high reliability and can work in the working temperature range of -20℃~250℃. There are analog standard signals, but also digital pulse signal output, easy to use with computer and other digital systems, is a more advanced, ideal measuring instrument.
