1. Introduction
LWGYML series turbine flow meter is a new generation kind of flow meter that absorbs the advanced technologies of flow meter at home and abroad. It has been optimized and designed to have so many characteristics, such as simple structure, light weight, high precision, good repeatability,easy installation and usage.
2. Features
- High accuracy, usually reach ±1%R,±0.5%R,or even reach ±0.2%R for high-precision type.
- Good repeatability, it can reach 0.05%-0.2% in short term, if regular calibration or online calibration can get an extremely high accuracy, so it is preferred in foreign trade.
- Pulse signal output, it is suitable for totalizer measurement and computer connection, no zero drift,strong capacity of resisting disturbance.
- High frequency signal(3-4KHz), strong signal resolution.
- Wide range, middle and big diameter can reach 1:20, and small diameter can reach 1:10.
- Compact structure, easy installation and maintenance.
3. Working Principle
Working principle of turbine flowmeter: Fluid flowing through the sensor shell, as a result of the impeller blade and flow to a certain point of view, the impact of fluid blade with rotational torque, to overcome the friction torque and fluid resistance, blade rotation speed stability after the moment balance, under certain conditions, the speed is proportional to the velocity of flow, because there are magnetic conductivity blade, it is in the signal detector (consists of permanent magnets and coils) magnetic field, rotating blade cutting lines, periodically changing coil magnetic flux, so that the coil ends induction electrical pulse signal, the signal after amplifier amplification plastic, form a certain amplitude of continuous rectangular pulse wave, It can be transmitted to the display instrument, showing the instantaneous flow rate and accumulative amount of fluid.
