1. Introduction

LWGYML series intelligent liquid turbine flow meter is a new type of intelligent instrument with integrated turbine flow sensor and display product calculation developed by advanced ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology, which has obvious advantages such as compact mechanism, clear reading, high reliability, undisturbed by external power supply, lightning resistance and low cost.

2. Features

  • High accuracy, usually reach ±1%R,±0.5%R,or even reach ±0.2%R for high-precision type.
  • Good repeatability, it can reach 0.05%-0.2% in short term, if regular calibration or online calibration can get an extremely high accuracy, so it is preferred in foreign trade.
  • Pulse signal output, it is suitable for totalizer measurement and computer connection, no zero drift,strong capacity of resisting disturbance.
  • High frequency signal(3-4KHz), strong signal resolution.

3. Application

Turbine flow meters are widely used in the following measurement objects: petroleum, organic liquid, inorganic liquid, liquefied gas, natural gas, gas and low temperature fluids. In foreign liquefied petroleum gas, refined oil and light crude oil and other transshipment and collection stations, large crude oil pipelines are used in large numbers for trade settlement. In Europe and the United States, turbine flow meters are second only to the perforated flow meters of natural gas meters, the Netherlands alone in the natural gas pipeline using more than 2,600 various sizes, pressure from 0.8MPa to 6.5MPa gas turbine flow meters, they have become excellent natural gas flow meters. Although the excellent measurement characteristics of turbine flow meters are favored by people, but give the impression that by the moving parts, the use of short, in the selection of inevitable, after people's unremitting efforts, it should be said that the situation has greatly improved. 4. Working Principle

The working principle of turbine flowmeter: the fluid flows through the sensor housing. Since the blade of impeller has a certain angle with the flow direction, the blade has rotational torque due to the impulse of fluid. After overcoming the friction torque and fluid resistance, the blade rotates. After the moment is balanced, the speed is proportional to the flow rate. Because the blade has magnetic conductivity, it is in signal detection In the magnetic field of the device (composed of permanent magnet steel and coil), the rotating blade cuts the magnetic line of force and changes the magnetic flux of the coil periodically, so that the electric pulse signal is induced at both ends of the coil. The signal is amplified and shaped by the amplifier to form a continuous rectangular pulse wave with a certain amplitude, which can be transmitted to the display instrument to display the instantaneous flow and cumulative measurement of the fluid.
